Abra-Trile is the ideal lining material for applications which require oil, chemical and Abrasion resistance. While natural rubber boasted good abrasion resistance, it fell short in oil immersion applications. Meanwhile, typical nitrile-based rubbers excelled in oil resistance but lacked wear performance, limiting their use in high abrasion settings.
Enter Abra-Trile rubber, a specially formulated nitrile-based compound designed to deliver exceptional abrasion resistance even in the presence of oils and chemicals. Notably, Abra-Trile rubber also exhibits outstanding high-temperature performance, making it suitable for use up to 110°C (230°F).
